Sameer Sehgal,  prior to Tradystream had a distinguished tenure at Citi, where he spent 21 years across India, Asia, Middle East & Europe.  His last stint was the MD, Regional Head of Trade, Commodity Finance, Supplier Finance and EAF for Europe, Middle East and Africa. It was period in which Citi rose to become the largest Trade bank in the region. Throughout his tenure, he has held various pivotal roles including building out the Commercial Bank at Citi in India and the subcontinent, the Trade business in the Middle East and in helping launch the Supplier Finance, Sales Finance, EAF shipping and Commodity Finance businesses for the Bank.  During his stint he also had oversight of Distribution for Trade worldwide. Sameer worked at Bank of America and Anz Grindlays Bank in India as well.  
  
Sameer, is an alum from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT – Kharagpur) , Faculty of Management Studies Delhi and the Wharton School, Pennsylvania.  He is a vociferous reader and outside work, is a keen sports follower. Sameer lives in London with his wife and three children.

Dinkar Jetley brings broad global business leadership experience within the wholesale and retail channels of financial services. Leading technology-enabled businesses, Dinkar has focused on building recurring revenue streams, cultivating long-term client relationships and delivering significant growth in information- and process-intensive environments.

Prior to co-founding Pivot Investment Partners, Dinkar was CEO of Worldwide Securities Services at JPMorgan Chase, a $4 billion revenue global business providing a full range of asset and fund services to institutional clients. Dinkar led a transformation and reversed a three-year stagnant P&L through a sharpened focus on profitable growth, operational excellence and strategic shifts in the portfolio of products and client segments. Dinkar was also a member of JPMorgan Chase’s Executive Committee

Akbar Poonawala has more than 25 years of experience in transaction processing, banking, and related financial services at Deutsche Bank and Bankers Trust Company. He has held a variety of leadership roles including building
discrete businesses globally, driving client origination and client management organizations and developing innovative business strategies.

Prior to co-founding Pivot Investment Partners, Akbar was Managing Director and the Regional Head for the Americas of Deutsche Bank Global Transaction Banking. In this capacity, Akbar led the growth of this business to over $1
billion of revenues in Cash Management, Trade Finance, and Trust & Securities Services targeting both Corporate and Financial Institutions clients throughout the Americas.

Moshe Wolfson, a Toronto, Canada native, boasts a rich educational background with a BSc in Mathematics and Computer Science, complemented by a Masters in Business Administration specializing in Information Systems. In 2020, Moshe embarked on his journey with Traydstream as the Head of Sales for Europe, swiftly ascending to the role of Regional Head of Sales in 2022, where he assumed responsibility for both Europe and the Americas. Prior to his tenure at Traydstream, Moshe served as the Executive Vice President Sales Head at Surecomp Inc from 2008 to 2020, honing his expertise in sales leadership and strategy. Beyond his professional pursuits, Moshe enjoys spending quality time with his grandchildren.

Sambit Patnaik brings 30 years of international leadership experience in banking, financial services, and fintech, with a strong focus on supporting complex and distributed operations and technology environments. He has a proven passion for execution and excels in aligning technology with business strategy across trade finance, corporate banking, business banking, and consumer banking. In his current role, Samibt manages the Client Engagement Department, overseeing client success, client operations, and partnerships to support daily client activities. Before joining Traydstream, he held various leadership roles in program delivery and client implementations at Citi and other major banks. Sambit holds an Integrated First Degree and a Master of Engineering from BITS, Pilani, India. He enjoys family life with his wife and two sons and is an avid follower of Test cricket and English football.

Jayan Menon is a seasoned professional with a rich educational background, holding an ACA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ranked 50th at the All-India Level) and a BCom from the University of Mumbai. He has completed the ICICI Leadership Perspectives program at The Wharton School. His career includes significant leadership roles: Vice President at Tata Consultancy Services Limited, Head of Global Trade Services at a major global bank, Director of Operations at the largest private sector bank in the UAE, President and Chief Experience Officer at YES Bank, Joint General Manager at ICICI Bank Limited, and Assistant Manager at Tata Steel Limited. Currently, Jayan is the Country Head – India and Director at Traydstream Private Limited, where he has established and scaled the Centre of Excellence, managing a team of about 50 employees. His expertise spans incorporation and scaling, financial management, stakeholder management, transformation and digitization, and risk mitigation. Jayan is also known for his contributions as an author and guest speaker, enhancing his industry influence. Passionate about market outreach, he has made significant contributions as the CEO of FIMMDA and has been involved with institutions like IBA and SWIFT.

With an Engineering degree from IIT Bombay followed immediately by an MBA from IIM Calcutta, Sandip embarked on a career in banking – joining Citi in India straight out of campus. In a long 29-year stint at Citi, between India and London, he spent the bulk of his time in Markets, focused mainly on FX and Structured Products.
As an MD since 2007, Sandip was in various leadership roles until his retirement from Citi in 2019. He developed a keen interest in the Fintech space through a couple of these roles, with a specific focus on the disruptive impact of eCommerce in the FX world. Sandip followed these passions post his retirement from Citi with a number of advisory roles around the Fintech space, focusing mainly on Emerging Market FX particularly within the SME sector. One of these led to him coming on board with Traydstream as CFO, in January 2023. While the initial focus in his CFO role led to the successful closure of the Series B funding round, his scope has now broadened to include oversight of various key functions including HR, Legal, Marketing and Risk. In his spare time, Sandip follows his other two passions – tennis and music. He tries to get a game in every day with one or more of his equally tennis crazy friends, while also finding time to sing in a few charity concerts and getting some serious fulfilment out of teaching kids how to play the guitar!

Asad, Head of Performance and Analytics, joined Traydstream in 2019, previously advised the Chief Talent Officer and Chief Learning Officer at BMO Financial Group and served as a Senior Brand Strategy Consultant for BBDO. With over a decade of experience, he specializes in talent management, organizational development, and brand strategy. Asad’s expertise lies in finding, understanding, engaging, motivating, inspiring, teaching, and coaching individuals to navigate and advance their careers effectively.

Oscar joined Traydstream in 2020, in Business Development for the Americas region. Dedicated to digital transformation and automation projects for Banks and Corporations in the areas of “Procure to Pay” and “Order to Cash”. He has over 20 years of banking experience with Citi in the U.S. and Latin America, covering the Latin American region in the Commerce and Cash Management businesses. Oscar graduated as an Industrial Engineer and Master in Corporate Finance in Argentina with Seminars attended at London Business School, Wharton School of Business and New York University Business School.

Richard Wrigley holds a BSc. (Hons) in Computation from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST) and has extensive experience in both software development and financial technology. He began his career as an equities trader and research assistant, later spending a decade as a software developer, team lead, project manager, and consultant in diverse industries including traffic management and container shipping. Richard then dedicated 10 years to JPMorgan and another 10 years to Morgan Stanley, managing teams in equity derivatives technology, focusing on software development, automated testing, and regulatory systems. Currently, as the Head of Technology at Traydstream, he oversees the design, development, and delivery of key products. Passionate about technology, music, DIY, and building cars, Richard is also an avid traveler, having visited 92 countries.

Sidharth Pajnee is the Vice President – Head of Regional Client Success Management With over two decades of experience in banking and financial services, he has a proven track record of driving client satisfaction, business growth and process transformation. At Traydstream, he leads initiatives to foster strong client relationships and deliver innovative solutions. Previously, Sidharth held senior roles at Citi India and UK in transaction banking, where he enhanced client engagement and driving operational efficiency. He holds an MBA in Finance from Pune University and a degree from Delhi University. Sidharth’s expertise in strategic planning and team leadership continues to be instrumental in Traydstream’s success.

As the Head of Technical Advisory, Dan leads the global advisory business for Traydstream. He is responsible for helping clients extract maximum value out the platform and achieve full potential through their digital transformation journey. Dan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Blockchain and Digital Currency. His industry experience spans for more than two decades, and during that time he had held several executive positions at Tata Consultancy Services, Oracle Corporation, and Pricewarehouse Coopers (PwC). Most recently, he was heading Citrus Consulting Services as a chief executive and also as an investor he had served on the board for several years. He is passionate about Emerging Technologies, and he spends his spare time learning about technologies that has potential to change the course of our human race.

Uzair Bawany, distinguished by a strong foundation in Leadership and Customer Relationship Management, played a pivotal role in the evolution of Traydstream during his tenure as Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer. His strategic leadership propelled the platform’s prominence in Trade Finance technology. Transitioning to a Non-Executive Board Member role, Uzair remains instrumental in shaping the strategic trajectory of our innovative software solutions. As founder and CCO, his sales expertise and dedication to innovation have been fundamental in positioning Traydstream as a trailblazer in revolutionizing Trade Finance through technology.

Yutaka Izawa is Managing Director of Sales for Japan and Korea at Traydstream, bringing extensive international banking experience. He began his career at Citibank Japan in IT, eventually becoming a corporate banker serving Japanese clients in Europe and Latin America. He later held prominent roles at BBVA and Banco Santander. Yutaka’s career includes significant stints in London, Sao Paulo, Hong Kong, and Tokyo. He joined Traydstream in 2020 to expand its business in Japan and Korea. Yutaka holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering from Chuo University in Tokyo. Based in Tokyo with his wife and two sons, he enjoys outdoor sports like surfing and hiking on weekends

Kushal Shah is the Head of CVC at e& – a global technology and investment group. Previously, he was the Senior Partner at Roland Berger’s Dubai office and a Managing Partner for the Middle East. Prior to joining Roland Berger, he spent 12 years with a leading consultancy in London and Dubai. He studied Economics at Cambridge in the UK and he is a certified Chartered Accountant.

Emma Davies joined Traydstream as Head of Marketing at the end of 2023, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a proven track record in fintech marketing. With over a decade of expertise, Emma is passionate about leveraging innovative strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. She is highly skilled in digital marketing, product positioning, and customer engagement.
Before joining Traydstream, Emma spent five years at DEMICA, where she made significant contributions in various marketing roles, ranging from content creation and digital marketing to product marketing and events.
Emma holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Linguistics from Queen Mary University of London, where she graduated in 2012. Her dedication to the field also extends to mentorship; she volunteered as a Mentor for Career Ready, helping to guide and develop the next generation of marketers.

Anand is a seasoned People professional with extensive experience in global roles, he currently leads the People & Brand function at Traydstream where he spearheads initiatives to foster a vibrant, innovative workplace, shape company culture, attract top talent, and build the brand.
Previously, Anand was the Managing Director/VP-People Rewards, Global Head of Wellbeing, Retirement & People Mobility at S&P Global, overseeing functions across 40+ countries. He led global Wellbeing strategies, managed M&A deals, and ensured seamless Reward designs integration. His career also includes senior roles at IHS Markit, the Central Bank of the UAE, and Citigroup Global Markets, where he earned a reputation as a thought leader in People practices.

As Vice President of Sales, Neil leads Traydstream’s commercial strategy across Europe, focusing on expanding the firm’s footprint with banks, corporates, and ecosystem partners. He is responsible for driving regional revenue growth, fostering client relationships, and supporting strategic expansion into new markets.
Neil brings over two decades of international experience in enterprise technology and sales leadership, having held senior roles at Symantec and DigiCert. At Symantec, he played a pivotal role in advancing enterprise cybersecurity adoption across highly regulated sectors. At DigiCert, Neil led global initiatives to help organisations build digital trust and scale their security operations.

He plays a pivotal role in enhancing platform usability, service excellence, and customer satisfaction as Traydstream scales its trade finance automation solutions worldwide.
Desmond brings nearly three decades of leadership experience in the banking and financial services industry – with a deep focus on Information Technology, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Digital Transformation, and Client Service. He has held senior roles at The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC), including CIO – Asia Pacific and Head of APAC Infrastructure Services.

Alina Frye serves as Traydstream’s Head of Revenue Operations, leading the company’s global strategy for revenue growth, operational excellence, and client delivery. With two decades of experience across financial services and technology, she brings deep expertise in revenue enablement, implementation, and cross-functional leadership.

Before joining Traydstream, Alina was Managing Director of Revenue and Implementation at Levantor Capital Limited, where she led the go-to-market strategy to successfully reach ambitious revenue targets globally. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at Lehman Brothers, State Street, and Putnam Investments, contributing to business development, investment solutions, and product strategy.

Alina is based in London. She is passionate about driving sustainable growth through operational innovation and data-driven decision-making, fostering collaboration across teams to deliver measurable client success.

Charles Lai leads Client Solutioning at Traydstream, where he drives the design and delivery of innovative, client-centric solutions that connect cutting-edge technology with business transformation. With nearly two decades of experience across banking and digital operations, Charles brings deep expertise in process optimization, system integration, and large-scale transformation programs for leading global financial institutions.
 
Prior to joining Traydstream, Charles served as Head of Digital Platform Services at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC), where he drove digital transformation initiatives across transactional banking products, leveraging emerging technologies to enhance efficiency, transparency, and client experience. He has also held senior leadership roles at Julius Baer, OCBC Bank, and Bank of Singapore, where he led strategic programs in client onboarding, data management, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
 
Based in Singapore, Charles is passionate about transforming complex banking workflows into seamless, technology-driven experiences that empower clients, inspire innovation, and create sustainable value across the financial ecosystem.

Harpreet Kala leads the People function at Traydstream, driving the company’s global human capital strategy with a focus on talent excellence, culture, and organizational growth. With nearly two decades of experience across financial services and technology, she brings deep expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, benefits management, leadership development, and strategic workforce planning.

Before joining Traydstream, Harpreet served as Senior Director at S&P Global, where she held several leadership roles, most recently as the Benefits Lead for the EMEA and APAC regions. Prior to that, she was Talent Acquisition Lead for the APAC region following the merger with IHS Markit. During her five-year tenure at IHS Markit, she was India Head of Recruiting, spearheading initiatives that strengthened employer branding, improved hiring efficiency, and deepened leadership engagement.

Her earlier experience includes senior HR leadership roles at BlackRock, J.P. Morgan, and Bank of America, where she played a pivotal role in building scalable people practices, driving diversity, and shaping high-performing teams. Harpreet began her career with Wipro, developing her foundation in recruitment and people operations.

David Frye leads TraydAccess, Traydstream’s embedded trade finance platform, overseeing its global strategy, growth, and client partnerships. With 25 years of experience in trade finance, digital transformation, banking and financial services leadership, he plays a key role in expanding Traydstream’s solutions ecosystem and driving innovation in trade automation.

Before joining Traydstream, David served as Chief Executive Officer at Levantor Capital Limited, where he built and scaled a fintech platform focused on revenue and implementation solutions. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles at Citi, including Head of Sales Finance, and, as an industry specialist consultant at McKinsey, advised global banks on risk management.

David holds an MBA from London Business School and is based in London. Passionate about leveraging technology to simplify global trade, he combines deep financial expertise with a vision for transforming how institutions manage and finance trade flows.
